Air Max Shake Evolve (NDESTRUKT) - Dennis Rodman

Sorry folks for not being around for almost a month. Crazy project from my work, many great movie releases, family, the wife, balling.. been swamped. The great has yet to come, not only a busy month for me but also the world of sneakers yeahhhh!! Especially Olympics releases we've been through the past two weeks (BB4, More Uptempo, 2K4, AF 180); the non-stop Jordan brand retro releases; Super Fly, HD 2012, Nike+ HD... etc.

Well why not slow it down and take a slight step back to the 90's where the Shake Evolve NDESTRUKT were introduced and gone famous thanks to one of the greatest hall of famer - Rodman.

The original Shake NDESTRUKT that Rodman wore back in the 90's

Upgraded Shake 2012 release. Loving the old school Nike Air logo

As you see the Shake NDESTRUKT has received many significant modern upgrade from the original. It features a mesh upper with leather overlays for enhanced breathability and protection. It has also earned a cult by implementing the asymmetrical lacing system. Some great pattern matching up nicely with the aqua rounded laces if you look real close, huge plus!

Rodman was wearing the original white / red colorway primary until the 96 PlayOffs where he rocked an all black Shake earning another ring to the Bulls.

Thick herringbone pattern should provide awesome traction by the solid rubber outsole. This aqua colorway is #1 best colorway out of the 3 retros. Go for it if you ever bump into one.

The new Shakes has received a new full length of light weight Phylon midsole with a 180 Air Max unit in the heel for impact protection. This isn't the lightest shoe around Nike made with the weight of 15.3oz, but it feels very light when I put them on thanks to the new mesh material and light weight Phylon.

Another beauty is the material they put in the toe box making the shoe ultimate rugged and durable. These should stay in shape pretty well with minimal creases unlike the Js.
